These twelve classes have two growth modules; an “inward” growth model and an “outward” growth model.

Inward Growth Module – 1STYEAR

The Leader’s Foundation (101) – Developing a Self-Image and Proper Foundation for Leadership

This class is geared toward helping leaders establish a strong foundation. It is crucial for anyone desiring a leadership role to have a deep understanding of a values based leadership. A student will walk through seven important areas considered crucial foundation stones for effective living and leadership.

The Leader’s Freedom (102) – Obtaining Steps to Freedom from Unhealthy Living

This class is aimed at helping ALL leaders gain wholeness and health in their lives. Too often leaders get stuck in some part of their development, struggling to get past certain cyclical patterns of defeat, which have plagued them for a long time. Students will understand seven important principles of breakthrough, which will produce a new measure of freedom in their lives, allowing them to break through to new levels of leadership potential.

The Leader’s Example (103) – Embracing and Modeling the Basic Principles of Learning

Servant leadership theory explores the methods of a dynamic and transformative leader. This class introduces you to a five-point model. The five of becoming a servant leader are as follows: 1) Understanding servant leadership theory, 2) Being a good follower, 3) Modeling, 4) Vertical intimacy, and 5) Obedience. Obstacles to personal development are also explored, with accompanying counteractions.

The Leader’s Calling (104) – Discovering Your Calling and Role in a Larger Master Plan

A student will discover their personal calling and vocation. This class is presented with the context of an inner expressed desire to think globally. Thus, sessions 1 – 3 focus on knowing our master plan, and our calling to serve mankind. Session 4 teaches principles to discover your specific calling in the overall master plan. Finally, the last two sessions discuss the preparation, testing, and timing processes of your calling, known as convergence.

The Leader’s Potential (105) – Reaching Potential by Maximizing Your Gifts and Personality Types

This class presents three areas for enabling leaders to reach his or her fullest leadership potential:1) pursuing lifelong personal growth, 2) identifying and understanding your personality type, and 3) discovering and expressing your gifts. Leaders will also find their place by unlocking their fullest potential.

The Leader’s Balanced Life (106) – Increasing Leadership Capacity by Developing a Balanced Life

This class focuses on increasing leadership capacity by developing a balanced life, so leaders may pursue and model the abundant life for others. This class will also challenge leaders to examine themselves to take care of self, family, relationships, work and finances, and keep all these areas in harmony with each other.

Outward Growth Module – Second Year

Leading Skillfully (201) – Developing Key Practices and Skills for Effective Leadership

This class focuses on increasing your leadership capacity by developing the tools to lead skillfully. This class will challenge leaders to develop personal and people skills, and building strong relationships with others; conflict resolution, leading strategically with vision, and learning to lead change and transformation will be mastered in this class.

Leading with Outreach (202) – Reaching Out and Building Relationships

This class provides leaders tools and techniques to bring others into more personal awareness. An emphasis is placed on learning to rely on an intuitive dimension for direction and empowerment, while allowing leaders to discover their personal outreach methodology. You will learn how to respond and overcome common objections, philosophies and other beliefs (debate and reasoning).

Leading with Mentoring (203) – Finding and Providing Effective Mentoring Relationships

This class is geared toward developing leaders to gain an awareness and a deeper understanding of mentoring others. Mentoring is an old concept of nurturing relationships, and is becoming more popular. Today, mentoring is now a buzzword being used in all sectors of society, such as business, education, and the community at large, even the faith community urges their people to find and become mentors to others.

Leading with Communication (204) – Using Basic Communication Skills to Lead Effectively

This class helps leaders develop an effective form of personal communication. It will challenge and inspire you to reach your fullest potential by enhancing your personal communication skills, and allow you to be aware of people and situations to see the “open door” for the fullest impact.

Leading Team Projects (205) – Learning to Lead Projects and Reach Goals with a Team Approach

This class teaches you to become a “trainer of trainers”. The multiplication process is easy when a leader understands how to relate and influence others to get the most out of them. You will learn how to build relationships and inspire your team members to achieve assigned tasks and projects.

Leading with Teams (206) – Developing a Diverse Leadership Team

The wise adage “Team work makes the dream work” is quite true but most leaders do not have a clue on how to lead others effectively. A leader must go from a team manager concept to becoming a team leader, and learn to build dynamic teams who accomplish great things. Students’ will learn the different styles used to lead others, as well as, develop a leadership style of their own.
