The School of Leadership and Transformation (S.L.A.T.)

Latino Townhall is a private postsecondary leadership school based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This school is designed to impact the Latino community by teaching Hispanic/Latinos time tested life and leadership principles. These principles will establish a strong foundation of character, integrity, and servant leadership. Our goal is to empower Latinos as transformational leaders to lead change at a personal level (reinvention), the corporate level (the workplace), and culture at large (societal transformation). There are twelve classes broken down into two modules.

1st Year – Inward Growth Modules

1. The Leader’s Foundation - Developing a Self-Image and Proper Foundation for Leadership

2. The Leader’s Freedom - Obtaining Steps to Freedom from Unhealthy Living

3. The Leader’s Example - Embracing and Modeling the Basic Principles of Learning

4. The Leader’s Calling - Discovering Your Calling and Role in a Larger Master Plan

5. The Leader’s Potential - Reaching Potential by Maximizing Your Gifts and Personality Types

6. The Leader’s Balanced Life - Increasing Leadership Capacity by Developing a Balanced Life

2nd Year – Outward Growth Modules

7. Leading Skillfully - Developing Key Practices and Skills for Effective Leadership

8. Leading with Outreach - Reaching Out and Building Relationships

9. Leading with Mentoring – Finding and Providing Effective Mentoring Relationships

10. Leading with Communication - Using Basic Communication Skills to Lead Effectively

11. Leading Team Projects - Learning to Lead Projects and Reach Goals with a Team Approach

12. Leading with Teams - Developing a Diverse Leadership Team

Graduates will receive a certification in Transformational Leadership.
